When a customer places a recurring order they will initially be billed on the day they order. You will then be billed every 30 days.
Sign up between the 1st and 19th of the month to receive a shirt the immediate following month. Example- If you sign up on January 16th then you will receive your first shirt the first week of February.

No you do not. The Luckless Shirt of the month is an exclusive, surprise shirt delivered to your door every month.
No - each month's shirt is exclusive to that particular month and the only way to get it is to be signed up during that month. You can't sign up and receive previous month's shirt.

Unfortunately the exclusive Luckless shirt of the month is non-refundable and cannot be returned. We will however, happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Subscriptions orders are sent out sometime during the first week of the month. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email when your shirt is on the way to you.
Here are some examples:
- Mark's subscription was purchased on September 1st. His first shirt? October 1st.
- Ashley purchased her subscription on August 9. Her first shirt is the September 1st shirt.

The shirt of the month club is $24.99 per month. There are no additional costs or fees.
The Shirt of the Month Club will be available again on the first of next month. Be sure to fill out the form on the product page to get a reminder as soon as it is available again! We will send you an email when it becomes available again.
