What is Made-To-Order?

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?
After production, which typically can take approximately 7-10 business days, we will ship out your order(s).  Your item(s) may come in different packages at different times depending on which item(s) you may have ordered.  7-10 business days is a reasonable estimate for the time it takes to procure blank apparel, ready everything for print, print the order, package the order, ship the order, and email the customer all relevant data pertaining to their order.  At times, we may fall behind on these estimated 7-10 business days to ship a customers order. Why Did I Only Get A Portion Of My Order?
At times, we may subcontract out a portion or the entirety of your order to another printer to help with production.  We may use another business to print specific products, and shipping times may vary between each of these different businesses, subcontractors, and ourselves.  In order to expedite you receiving your packages, we will direct ship your order from these other entities, directly to the address you provided us during checkout.  If you made a mistake in your shipping address at checkout and Luckless LLC is currently using a third party printer to complete or work on a portion of your order, we may not be able to change your shipping address with the third party printer unless you provide us an email within 24 hours of your order date and time.  Please reach out to us at sales@lucklessclothing.com if you believe you made a mistake in your shipping address.

 

What Shipping Services Do You Normally Use?
Currently, Luckless LLC ships out primarily with USPS (United States Postal Service), and uses the Ground Advantage Service.  Normal shipping practices with USPS for this Ground Advantage takes approximately 2-5 days shipping for all USA based customers.  International Customers typically receive USPS International Shipping that can take up to 2-3 weeks for product arrival depending on customers shipping destination and customs clearance.  Luckless LLC makes every effort possible at time of shipping to ensure a seamless customs transaction at any/all border crossings to expedite shipping times effectively.  Luckless LLC is not held liable for any unusual business / shipping / declaration / hold / tariff practices by a customers country of residence.  At times, some countries postal services are on strike, and Luckless LLC is not held liable for any additional shipping times these imposed strikes may cause on delayed shipping.  Packages can not be cancelled once shipped.  Please reach out to Luckless at sales@lucklessclothing.com for any additional questions or concerns you may have.

 

I Paid For Expedited Shipping, Why Isn't My Package Here Yet?
If you are a USA based customer, then the shipping you paid for in your order is not "expedited" shipping.  It is the standard shipping cost for shipping your product to the location you have provided with USPS.  On average, it will take between 2-5 days for you to receive your order once you receive an email from us stating your order has been shipped.  Item(s), or portions of your order that are coming from third party printers may take longer depending on the shipping company they have used to ship your order to the address you have provided us during your order checkout.  If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us at sales@lucklessclothing.com.

For commercial or international customers who have placed their order with Luckless, it takes time for us to produce your order, so if you paid for 2 day, Next Day, Expedited shipping, it is possible we haven't even gotten your blank products in yet to produce your order.  If you have a tight deadline to make, please reach out to us at sales@lucklessclothing.com before you place your order so we can advise you on our projected time frame of completion.  Please review our page: "Made-To-Order FAQ" for any additional questions on production times.
