Standardized Returns and Cancellations post sale are not available as of 12/08/2022. 
Any cancellation requests are subject to review and at the determination of Luckless LLC.  Any accepted returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; only if they are (1) unworn, (2) unwashed, (3) undamaged with the original tags attached.  If items have been damaged or defaced by the purchasing entity, returns will not be accepted; and no refunds or return credits will be provided to the purchasing entity.  

  1. Financed orders through SHOPPAY cannot be returned
  2. Financed orders through KLARNA cannot be returned
  3. Luckless Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages by USPS/FedEx/UPS.  Please contact the shipping company provided to you by Luckless Outfitters for any/all requests regarding package location.
  4. Intimates/Bathing Suits/ Underwear are not returnable.  ALL SALES FINAL.

Our clothing is made to order.  What that means to you is that it takes between 7-10 business days for us to source/print before your order ships!  Then your order is sent off to a shipping provider which will then deliver it in 3-5 days for USA residents.  International customers typically see their packages delivered within 14 days after shipping company takes receipt of your package.  On average for USA orders, you're looking at approximately 14-21 days on average to get your order.  DON'T WORRY THOUGH.  We will definitely not forget about you, and we will notify you when your order has been shipped via an email from us with an attached tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
