When a customer places a recurring order they will initially be billed on the day they order. You will then be billed every 30 days.
Sign up between the 1st and 18th of the month to receive your product the immediate following month. Example- If you sign up on January 16th then you will receive your first item(s) the first week of February.

No, you do not. The specific product (Shirt/Hoodie/Hat/Decal or Sticker) of the Month Club is an exclusive, surprise item(s) delivered to your door every month.
At this time currently, No. Each month's design/item is exclusive to that particular month and the only way to get it is to be signed up during that month. You can't sign up and receive previous month's products or designs.

Unfortunately, the exclusive products of the month are non-refundable and cannot be returned if you do not like them. However, we will happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Subscriptions orders are sent out approximately the first week of the month. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days depending on your distance from our shop in Orlando, FL. You will receive a shipping notification email when your subscription is on the way to you.
