JASON ALDEAN - "THIS WORLD IS BECOMING THE KIND OF PLACE IM AFRAID TO RAISE MY CHILDREN IN."

JASON ALDEAN - "THIS WORLD IS BECOMING THE KIND OF PLACE IM AFRAID TO RAISE MY CHILDREN IN."

After watching the horrific events unfold on social media and on TV I was left wondering when Jason Aldean would address what happened. He is right. Everything he said is spot on and should be taken to heart. I can't imagine how he felt, or anyone in the crowd. Our hearts go out to all the families effected by this act of terror.

What has happened to the world we live in?

Charlie Daniels, Country Music Legend Dies at 83

Charlie Daniels, country music legend dies at age 83. Known for his famous hit, “Devil Went Down to Georgia, the acclaimed Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ole Opry member died from a stroke at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, Tennessee

Daniels is one of the early inspirations for Southern rock and still impacts country music and bluegrass music today.

As a North Carolina native, Charlie Daniels began his music career in the early 1950’s. He later settled in the Middle Tennessee area shortly after he found success. Daniels was inducted in the Grand Ole Opry in 2008, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2009, and the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2016.

He and his wife Hazel had been married for over 50 years and in a recent interview, she claimed the success of their marriage relied on the fact that they never went to bed angry, were thankful for their blessings, and simply loved each other.

Daniels was very active on Twitter and was never afraid to voice his opinion or his love for others and his faith in God.
